Lance has lived in Collin County for over 18 years. Lance received his bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. He has been serving on The Collin County Homeless Coalition for the last 7 years. He and his wife Shannon have been married for over 33 years. They have 5 children and 8 grand children.

Drew joined Streetside in early 2023. He has a passion for people and a desire to serve those in need! He puts this compassion for others to use by managing several shower stops each week. When he is not on-site, you can find Drew playing the drums or writing and producing music!

Rachel joined Streetside in January 2026 to handle volunteer coordination and administrative tasks. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University, and she has over 17 years of nonprofit experience (she currently works for a second nonprofit as well!). Rachel lives down the street from Lance with her husband, James, and their four children.

As a mother of five, Dana has spent much of her life nurturing and caring for others, a trait that she now brings to her work every day. Though she had never worked in formal ministry before, her deep-seated passion for helping the unhoused led her to Streetside Showers, where she began as a dedicated volunteer. After serving on the front lines for over a year, Dana realized this wasn't just a hobby—it was her dream job. She officially stepped out of retirement to join our team part-time, proving that it’s never too late to follow your calling and make a tangible difference in the lives of others.

Claire has been a part of Streetside Showers since day one and has loved every minute! She stays behind the scenes and heads up our social media content. Claire has loved writing since she was little, and feels this is a great way to express that! Being a part of Streetside Showers has been such a blessing in her life. When she is offline, you can find Claire enjoying a good cup of coffee with her husband, Nathan.
